“ We dined at the Schererville, IN location with our family of eleven last evening. I can't begin to rave enough of how accommodating the staff was. They rearranged tables without being asked, were completely attentive and polite. We did not lack for anything and the appetizers, salad and pizzas were delicious, also. Also, one of our members is gluten free and they loved the GF pizza. ”
“ This Giordano's location is convenient for those traveling to the Windy City but want to stop on the way in or out of town. We had their garlic bread, caesar and Italian salads, and then, of course, a Chicago-style Pepperoni Pizza. (Note that those pizzas do take a while to fully bake.) Service was solid and the garlic break and salads were a great way to start. The Schererville area seems to be a place of both locals and other visitors to town who are not staying in Chicago proper. ”

When we tried to utilize the Giordano gift cards that were purchased there, we were told that the new system hadn't been updated to accept them, and we would have to pay in cash. Thank God my co-workers were able to cover me because I definitely did not have my share. I am very disappointed in the decision made by the manager. ”
